We discovered Jeanthrough the birth record of her son, Henry Martin (7). Through that I was able to find the record of her marriage to George Martin. Aside from her marriage and the birth of her son, Henry, I have not been able to find anything else.

Jaen married George Martin in the Parish of Alloa. The record read:-

"George Martin & Jean Hogg both in this parish

gave up their names for proclamation of

of banns upon the 31st August 1782"

Jean's son, Henry Martin (7) was born in Alloa on this date and baptised on 22nd June. His parents were recorded as George Martin and Jean Hog.

Jean's son, Henry married Mary Adie in the Parish of Alloa. The record reads:-

"Hendry Marton and Mary Adie both in this

parish recorded their names for proclamation

of banns upon the 10th Dec'r 1803"
