If we have the correct birth certificate for Catherine Ross, which I believe we have, then this is her mother. We don't know much about her yet, but we do have her marriage record - one of the earliest records we have so far found. The reference to the "Gallick Congregation" and "Gallic Chapel", in her two children's Birth records, presumably reflects Isobel's Highland roots?
